Account & Data Deletion Request

RWM — Vedahealth Marketing Private Limited (Vedahealth World)

Customers, distributors and franchise partners of the RWM website and Android app can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data using this page. You do not need to log in to the app.

How to request deletion
  1. Fill in the form below with your registered mobile number, Member ID or email address.
  2. Optionally tell us why you are leaving.
  3. Tick the confirmation box and submit the request.
  4. Our team may contact you on your registered mobile number / email to verify that the request was made by you.
  5. After verification, your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can also email your request to care@vedahealthworld.com from your registered email, mentioning your Member ID and mobile number.

Data that will be deleted
  • Login account and password
  • Name, phone, email, address, date of birth, nominee details
  • KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof images)
  • Bank account details
  • Uploaded payment proof images
  • Cart, session and device login tokens
Data retained as required by law
  • Financial transaction records and order invoices
  • GST / tax records
  • Commission, payout and TDS audit logs
These records are kept for up to 8 years for statutory compliance (Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, Direct Selling Rules) and are then deleted. They are not used for any other purpose.
Please note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unpaid wallet balance, pending payouts, BV and your position in the network will be lost. Please withdraw eligible earnings before submitting a request.
