Shipping Policy

Vedahealth Marketing Private Limited (“Company”) aims to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to its Customers and Independent Distributors. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures related to order placement, payment methods, dispatch, and delivery timelines.

Order Placement Options

Customers / Independent Distributors may place orders through the following channels:

  • Company Website (Online Orders)
  • Mobile Application (if applicable)
  • Company Head Office
  • Authorized Stockists / Distribution Centres

Orders placed at the Head Office or authorized stockists may be collected directly (hand delivery), subject to availability.

Pick-up from Office
Customers / Independent Distributors opting for self-pickup from the Company’s office must adhere to the following:
  • Pickup Location: Head Office / Authorized Centre
  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Time: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Orders should be collected within a reasonable time after confirmation.

Payment Methods

The Company offers multiple payment options depending on the mode of order placement:

Orders placed at Office:

  • Cash
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card

Orders placed via Website:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • UPI

Orders placed via Mobile Application:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • UPI and other digital payment platforms (as available)

All payments must be completed successfully before order processing and dispatch.

Home Delivery

Customers / Independent Distributors may opt for home delivery by placing orders through the website or mobile application.

Delivery Timelines

The Company endeavours to dispatch and deliver orders within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Local Deliveries: Within 2–3 business days from order confirmation
  • Within 4–6 business days: Within 4–6 business days
  • Remote / Non-Serviceable Areas: Delivery timelines may extend depending on courier availability

All deliveries are processed on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation
  • Dispatch of stock point / warehouse orders will be completed within a maximum of 2 working days
  • Customers will be notified once the order has been dispatched

The Company continuously upgrades its logistics and dispatch systems to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.

Shipping Partners

The Company may engage third-party courier or logistics service providers for order delivery. While we strive to ensure timely service, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Delays & Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events
  • Government restrictions or regulatory issues
  • Courier partner delays or operational disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.

Important Notes
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed
  • The Company reserves the right to modify shipping terms without prior notice
